Neurodivergent and Rehab

 

I currently work with many Neurodivergent and Rehab customers. Personal experience has helped me have a good understanding of Neurodivergent customers and to create a space and atmosphere that is welcoming and fully supportive. My focus is on creating a genuine safe space where neurotypical and neurodivergent customers can understand each other and train side by side. My son's autism diagnosis has helped me understand autism a little better from a parent and an autistic person's point of view 

 

I coach various rehab clients and love seeing them achieve. I currently work with clients who are returning to their best after having a stroke, MS patients, and customers awaiting major surgery. 

I take great pride in supporting my rehab clients and enjoy creating alternate workouts to suit their needs.
